Our Strategic Plan (2021–2035)

In response to the long-standing challenges faced by refugees and displaced persons in Sudan—particularly in accessing education, healthcare, social services, and training—our organization has developed a comprehensive strategic plan spanning from 2021 to 2035. Rooted in the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this plan aims to integrate displaced groups into host communities while preparing for their eventual return home when conditions allow. The initiative focuses on creating stable, sustainable environments in refugee camps across Sudan and South Sudan. Key partners include the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Social Welfare, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Humanitarian Aid Commission, and Ministry of Health. Together, we coordinate efforts to deliver impactful, ground-level programs.

The budget allocates 70% of resources to refugee and displaced children, and 30% to homeless youth across various states. With funding from charitable donors and a strong administrative system, we ensure targeted service delivery both within cities and in remote camps—upholding the right of all affected individuals to basic services and support.
